I know that for many families, homeowners' insurance has become harder to find and afford, with too many families left relying on the FAIR Plan. I also know that affordability issues are top of mind for the vast majority of you. You're stressed by the seemingly unending utility rate increases, cost of housing, and reliability of the water supply, all at a time when AI is reshaping our economy and lives at a pace that calls for thoughtful oversight.

To address some of these concerns, I have authored 17 bills this session, and I'm carrying 4 two-year bills-all grounded in what I hear from neighbors like you: that you want affordable homeowners' insurance, reliable and fairly-priced electricity, clean water, safe streets, online safety for all, and a government that is transparent and accountable.
