  • AB 1018 - Automated Decisions Safety Act - AB 1018 requires that automated decision systems (ADSs) be evaluated prior to being utilized to make consequential decisions in order to identify embedded biases and safeguard people against discrimination. Status.
  • AB 1405 - Artificial Intelligence Auditors Creates an enrollment process for AI auditors and adopts minimum transparency and ethical standards for enrolled auditors. Status.
